Fidelity Goodlaxson first came to CLUES in 2011. She has over ten years of experience working in the Adult Basic Education and youth enrichment in Minnesota, and has been involved in all aspects of CLUES’ Education Program delivery, including; teaching, coordinating, curriculum design, program development, and program supervision and management. She has a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Cultural Studies from the University of Minnesota, a Mini-Masters in Volunteer Management from the University of St. Thomas, and is TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified. Fidelity is a strong believer that education is the bedrock of social and economic development and that educated people have the power to overcome barriers to success and change their lives, their communities, and the world. She believes in the importance of providing equal access to high quality educational opportunities for all individuals and communities, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, social or economic status, so that we can all move forward together as a community, both local and global, to promote true and lasting change for the better.
