Ruby Azurdia-Lee brings extensive nonprofit and philanthropic experience to her new post. For the last 16 years she worked for The Saint Paul Foundation and the Northwest Area Foundation in anti-racism and anti-poverty efforts respectively. As a Program Director at the Northwest Area Foundation, she provided leadership in planning and carrying out the Foundation’s new strategic direction. The Northwest Area Foundation focuses on expanding economic, leadership, and policy opportunities for low-income people across an eight-state region. rlee@clues.org
